ApoDoctor does not allow the return of any prescribed medication as a matter of safety to all because returned medicines cannot be re-sell to other customers. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely. If you happen to possess unwanted or unused medication, we strongly advise against attempting to return it to us. Instead, we encourage you to take these medications to your local pharmacy, where they have the expertise and processes in place to safely dispose of such products in compliance with the appropriate regulations and guidelines. Disposing of medication responsibly is not only essential for your safety but also contributes to the well-being of the community and the environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these important safety measures. If you have any questions or require further guidance on medication disposal, please feel free to reach out to us or your local healthcare provider for assistance. Your commitment to safety is commendable, and we are here to support you in making responsible choices for your health and the greater good.
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel an order up until the point your medication is dispatched. You can do this by sending an email to hello@apodoctor.com If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include the following details; Full Name, Order Number, and Date of Birth to help us to identify your order. Please note that if your cancellation notice is by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date the email is received. To cancel a contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.
ApoDoctor will refund the price of the medication in full together with the additional cost incurred in returning the medication. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop. Refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 1-3 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay, but in the event of a partial refund, we reserve the right to issue a cheque to you. If the card you used to pay with expires before the refund is made please call us to give us your new card details.
