Security

When you place an order online, your personal information and financial information are encrypted before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to the bank or processor of ApoDoctor.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers or bank information), the information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL (Secure Socket Layers), and is encrypted using keys that are only stored in temporary memory. You will know when you enter a secure page such as when entering your payment; because the lock icon on your web browser becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. Although we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything possible to protect your information offline. All of our customer information is restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task are granted access to personally identifiable information.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, and communicating with you.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
